Q: Will the anti-bacterial properties weaken with the increase number of washes?

A: There are two types of antibacterial treatment: one is the the organic antimicrobial treatment; another inorganic antimicrobial treatment; organic antibacterial usually refers to the addition of the antimicrobial agent, the antibacterial effect of such products will be significantly reduced with the increase in the number of washing; inorganic antimicrobial treatment is to rely on the antibacterial function of the material itself, such as silver ions, the antibacterial effect of such products will not be weakened with the increase in the number of washing.

 

Q: How long will the TPR Gel product last?

A: In order to extend the life of the product, it is recommended maintain your nails to prevent scratching of the inner gel layer. Routine cleaning must be done according to the washing instructions, which usually is to hand wash with mild soap and rinse under running water. Under normal use, its effectiveness may last up to one year.

 

Q: What are the different grade of compression level means?

A: According to +MD experts from United States, compression socks type can be divided into prevention, protection and professional medical grade. For prevention protection level, the pressure is usually between 10mmHg ~ 20mmHg, professional medical grade compression stockings pressure value is usually more than 20mmHg. Such compression stockings requires a doctor or other professional diagnosis before use.

For general preventive and protection usage, 10mmHg – 20mmHg compression socks can be obtain over the counter or off the shelf without the doctor’s prescription. However patients with severe foot condition is best to obtain advice from their doctors before wearing any compression socks.

Q: What are the Local Delivery Options within Singapore?
Shipping is free for all deliveries within Singapore. All shipment is by Singapore Post by default. For larger quantity order, delivery will be done by local courier. All shipment is expected to receive within 5 workings day.
For customers who wish to pick up the item at their own convenient, we also offer self-pickup option. Currently we have two pickup points to serve you. If you select local pickup option, please specify your prefer outlets in your order notes. We will inform you via e-mail once we have delivered the item to your preferred outlets. Please bring your proof of purchase with you during collection.

Q: Do you ship product outside of Singapore?

A: Currently we ship to neighboring countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and rest of ASEAN using Singapore Post as registered item. Delivery time is expected to be 7-14 business days. Selected international destination including Australia, New Zeland, South Korea and Japan with additional delivery charge of S$2.50 per order. Expected delivery time is 10-16 business days.

 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We offer 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive the product in non-perfect condition, you may either go to any of our selected retail outlets to seek for an exchange or full refund with 30 days. The package must not be used and should be in its original packaging. Please bring your proof of purchase for verification. If you are seeking for an exchange, please kindly contact us first to make sure we have the items in store.
