4. Basic Setup – First Time Use

Follow these steps the first time you use your PetsPemf Pad. Always read the full user manual before use.manuals+3

1. Charge the Pad
   • Connect the supplied charging cable to the control box.
   • Charge until the orange light turns off (this indicates a full charge).
2. Download the PetsPemf App
   • On your smartphone or tablet, open the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
   • Search for “PetsPemf” and install the official app.
3. Open the App and Enable Bluetooth
   • Turn Bluetooth on in your phone settings.
   • Open the PetsPemf app and follow the on‑screen instructions (accept Terms & Conditions, allow any required permissions such as location on Android).
4. Wake Up the Device
   • Double‑tap the control box on the pad.
   • You will feel double vibration, confirming that the pad is awake and ready to connect.
5. Connect the Pad to the App
   • In the app, press CONNECT.
   • Wait until the app finds and pairs with your PetsPemf Pad.
6. Start a Session
   • In the app, select a program (e.g. for relaxation, pain support, recovery – see user manual for details).
   • Set the duration and tap START.
   • The session starts with a single vibration and the indicator light will blink during the session.
7. Stop a Session
   • You can stop at any time by pressing STOP in the app,
   • or by double‑tapping the control box (you will feel a double vibration).

5. Placing the Pad for Your Pet

Use the pad on a flat, comfortable surface and let your pet relax on it during the session.

• Place the pad under or over the animal, ideally when they are resting or sleeping.
• You can put it on the floor, pet bed, crate, transporter, or in a vehicle, as long as the surface is flat.
• Do not place metal objects between your pet and the pad.
• For best results, your pet should be directly on top of the pad, or within about 30 cm (11 inches) from the coils.​
• Keep your pet well hydrated while using the pad.

6. Safety & General Advice

• Do not disassemble or modify the device.
• Do not use the pad near water or when the pet is wet.
• Use only on flat surfaces and avoid placing the pad on sharp or very uneven objects.​
• Avoid direct ironing or high heat on the printed area of the pad cover.
• Consult your veterinarian if your pet has any serious medical conditions, implants, or if you are unsure whether PEMF is suitable.
