Heart Rate Variability (HRV) opens out a new window for anyone who’s interested in their health to understand better about their reserved energy. Heart Rate Variability is different from Heart Rate. It simply means is a measurement of fluctuation in time intervals between adjacent heartbeats. The HRV reading is related to your autonomous nervous system, that controls the parasympathetic (relaxation) and sympathetic (stress) signals, and this offers a totally different perspective of your body condition. In general, healthier, people with large reserved energy will usually see much larger fluctuation, whereas weaker, people with low energy reserve will see little fluctuation.
